How can I know the prices of your products in my currency?
We strive to make our customers shopping experience as easy and as transparent as possible. To know the price in your currency we have a currency switcher located on the upper right side of the page. Which currency will my credit card bill reflect, when I make a purchase on your website?
Your credit card bill will reflect your purchase on the lifeinteriors.ae website in AED or USD, depending on the origin of the card. Furthermore, exchange rates at the time of processing may vary due to variances in exchange rates imposed by corresponding banks at the time of processing. This is something which we have no control over.

How can I cancel an order online
You can cancel an order that has not already been dispatched by logging into your account online. For custom orders, or if you do not know your account login details, please call us on +971(4)3551334 or send us an email request for your log in details at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.
Can I collect my order in store?
No. All orders will be delivered and you have an option to choose which shipping company to use from our partners list. Different rates shall apply for each location.
I forgot to add a promotional code to my order, can it still be applied?
If you have forgotten to apply a promotional code to your order, please contact our customer service team on +971(4)3551334.
How do I find out if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order has been sent out, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment. If you would like to ask one of our customer service team members a question regarding your shipment, you can either email them at email@example.com or you may call on +971(4)3551334.
Do you deliver to my country?
At this stage we offer shipping within the UAE and the GCC countries only.
What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
If you know that you are going to be unavailable at the time of delivery, you can notify our customer service team of specific delivery instructions, by writing instructions at the time of placing your order (for example, leave in car port or leave at the front door) or by calling +971(4)3551334. If you are not home when delivery takes place and have not prearranged delivery instructions with us, our courier company will contact you and arrange for the delivery to be rescheduled (Please note, additional delivery charges may apply).
What happens if i don't collect my order?
Pick up from our store is not available at the present time.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery cost and time depends on the products that you are ordering, how many and where you are getting them delivered to. For live shipping rates, just add the products that you are interested in, to your shopping cart and enter your complete address. How do I return an item?
If you decide to return an item, you can obtain a return authorisation from our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling on +971(4)3551334. Please note, you cannot return an item without filling out the return authorisation form, which has then been given approval from a Life Interiors staff member.
Have you received my returned goods?
